Doesn't this place have a citizens only area? Like the boozer but only for citizens. I'm sure I posted there recently. Or at least saw it. And now I can't find it. Baffling.

I think we all tend to be pessimistic at times. I certainly don't see much in the way of irreversible decline or anything.

Exilian has been remarkably resilient compared to other similar sized or larger communities, I'd say. I mean, look at TW heaven, they've dwindled a lot in the last four years.

Perhaps it's a spelling mistake and he meant, "Have you herd?"  In which case he's asking if Jubal has any groups of herbivorous ungulates hanging around.
