The idea is that the magnet pulling a magnet is a perpetual motion machine, so it won't stop

Because they cancel each other out? And even if you used a more powerful magnet on the front, the system still acts essentially like an internal force. Now if you made it external, and put a magnet on the front of the car, and an opposite-poled magnet on the rear of another car, and drove that car in front of the first car it might work, as long as you went fast enough.

I can't believe I'm seriously discussing a troll face science concept.

Yeah I got the cancel each other out part. Then I thought "so make the front one bigger" and logically I could tell it just wouldn't work but my mind was getting confused trying to see why lol.

Making one or the other bigger makes no difference, it's still just an attractive force between the two.

Thinking about buying another sword. The question is, what type should I get?

I really like the look of the shashka and I've wanted to look into getting a long falcata for a while but both of them are sort of difficult to get my hands on. Any suggestions?
