He is Jubal the modder, Jubal the wayfarer, Jubal the admin. And he has come to me now, at the turning of the tide.

Jubal

The duke, the wanderer, the philosopher, the mariner, the warrior, the strategist, the storyteller, the wizard, the wayfarer...

Day 1 is over.

The night begins with no kills.

No talking and send me your night actions.

Catastrophe compounded by cantankerous conspirators!

Last night was not pretty. We found the arms in the lion pens, the legs were hanging in the hall of mirrors and the rest in the stream that runs by the village. The mayor's assistant is furious, he demands blood.

The day has begun and the captain of the watch lies dead.

Damn, losing a power role already... :(

I guess we should look at the people who haven't talked yet, perhaps.

Vote Othko for now, what do you have to say for yourself thus far?

dang head investigator down this early

your awfully quick to vote jubal 0.o
Tis but a scratch...

Jubal

Yes, because I use it to put pressure on people to talk - I'm not necessarily saying I think he's mafia at this stage, but we need to hear from him and he's been quiet thus far.

We are town. Our only weapon is the lynch and voting. If we just sit around, we can let mafia dominate the game and push the discussions in whatever directions they want to. We need to be systematic and make sure everyone is talking and nobody is lying low, because I don't want to let that happen.

I have this to say for myself: All conversation yesterday was either awkward pleasantries or random accusations, so I could think of no reason to get myself tarred with the same brush as either Jubal or Phoenix, i.e. a murderous maniac.

What I say in response is this: Jubal seems to be the most vocal about lynching, trying to say it is a tactical decision, but it could just as easily be the ravings of a mafia scum  thirsty for twice the blood or a shift of the blame.

For the moment, no vote.

Seems fair enough. Although if anyone has any suggestions as to how we win this WITHOUT lynching, I'm interested to hear them.

Well, Jubal's proposal is somewhat interesting, but maybe we must vote him and see what he is. If he is a good fellow, then those who opposed him must be the scum...

Anybody can be a scum among us, we must try to investigate and lynch those who want our circus's doom...
