Short army description: The great part of the army is composed of very well trained "civilized" spearmen and pikemen,but they have nomad cavalry in their service too.
Camping focus: Take over all of the rebel Preom regions and survive the invasion of the nomad horde

Culture: Carthaginian (with a bit of viking)
Short army description: No cavalry,but make it up with good infantry and archers,plus powerful siege engines!

Short army description: Good axe infantry,OK archers and copied version of the heavy knight

Short army description: Army mainly composed of numerous light cavalry

Short army description: Good infantry,longbows,crossbows and best heavy cavalry.

Need to be unlocked: Yes (now,don't you even THINK of cheating!) The rules:
~ Your faction has to be a mix of two or more slightly different cultures / nations. The more mixed up,the better.
~ You can add some of your imagination too it - as long it has no:
- Gunpowder
- Monsters
- Elves,Dwarfs or anything like that
And...that is pretty much it...
Here is a example how a faction idea is suppose to look like:
Faction Name: Dudes
Color(s): Mainly Gray (in many shades)
Culture: Strange
Short army description: The dudes army is composed of strong persons,but is bad at something else.
Camping focus: Take over specific regions and hold them or/while having hold of X regions or/while outlive Some Other Dudes
Playable: Yes / No / Provincial Camping ONLY
Need to be unlocked: Yes / No
Short Story: Current state,current ruler,state of the army,explanation of the goals (why you have to eliminate Some Other Dudes),etc...
Army: Short Description,names and status of the main troops in the army.
For example...
Unit name: Dudes Infantry
Weapons: Spear,axe etc.
Armour: Old shirt
Shield: Small oval / no shield at all
Morale and fighting ability: Below Average
Description: Bad infantry,only good against dudes on horses.
Cost and training time: 1 turn and 340 gold
After you do all that,give me a reason why should I add your faction in,and why it would be interesting to play with / against
Remember,the plan is to make all of our alredy planned factions first,and then move on to adding more,so you will have to wait a bit until your masterpiece gets into the game (you can speed this process up by helping us a bit...
