Damn! Those textures are sweet!

Nice unit cards too. I applauded.

Nice work - the variant shield designs are a neat touch!  :)

Just a reminder, I am only responsible for the UI's. :)
The Roman units were made by Ferres and Godzilla from twc

I know the feeling :/ Coursework still really dominating my life sadly (and I make UI cards mostly via ingame screenshots anyway, which is less neat/standardised than the ones you're doing).

Getting a good start though. :)

Just one question: how come there weren't UI's already made for these textures?

There are some but some of the animations are old  and some of the quality is not that great.
If I didn't care about how things looked so much, I'd have 75% of the UI's in and would only have to make a few to finish things up.

Then again, I hate doing these.. I'll think about it and maybe we will have a release sooner than later haha

Okay I have made a decision.

I will use previously made UI's where I can. A lot of stuff will be changing anyways so it would be a waste of time and effort making UI's for every unit

So here is a preview of the first three unit cards I ever did in my life:

There's tiny differences in the position because I, stupidly, went back and forth to render those small pics so I had to reposition by eye (it will not happen again).

Don't be to harsh now.

Yeah, those are very much up to scratch.

Always remember with these things that in general you are the person most likely to see things you get wrong; average users are unlikely to notice or care.
