I had a go at it. Twenty turns in, we're on minus 24000 denarii but we do have a boat and a large army about to land on Crete. Numidia has basically disintegrated, we hold Siwa and Cyrene. In the long run I'd try and keep Cyrene, it's a nice base in Africa, but we need to urgently expand and possibly make Kydonia our new capital.
