To go with the communication thread, a discussion thread on the language.
So, the main thing I haven't worked out is how one does any sort of detailed third person communication where the subject isn't obvious - telling a story that's unknown to the listener, essentially. It's a necessary function of most languages, but it does seem pretty difficult given that Tamarian works in such an allegorical way.
I also came across the following article on the language, which I'm not sure makes full sense to me or checks out properly but was a good read nonetheless:
