when your banned they don't let your ip read the forum, so I changed my ip. Not sure what led them to beleive dee was a dupe, other than the rape jokes

Lol. Couldn't you just get an IP changer? I've heard of a few that changes your IP on a timed basis, such as every fifteen minutes, etc.
