Yes. As long as you don't sell any material, you're legally very unlikely to get sued. If you did sell anything there would be so many lawyers on your ass your pelvises would be crushed, but that's another story.

in the german forum at TW there's a thread about sold mods. it seems, the developers ask the modders, if they want their mods to be sold, the money goes to TW and the modders. should we accept this? i say NO , in no case. if the rest of the team decides to accept, i'll stop working on this mod at once.
