Sounds good! But who could do the scouting? We need to know some of the people inside of these forums

We could just go in as a double agent and stay around until about 100 posts maybe, depending on the type of the Forum. Than we can propose the terms and such. If they disagree than we ditch them forever and move onto the next forum... who'll do that however? I don't know, whoever wants to.

Well most of the other forums I'm on aren't that very active (Other than KAG Forum) so it's really easy for me.

14. Site Finance

a) Exilian's banking is currently undertaken in the United Kingdom: this means that at least two members of staff, including the financial officer, must be British in order to authorise and manage payments.
b) Where the Technikos is the only British member of the administration team, a junior staff member under them should be appointed to act as second signatory on any necessary financial documents.
c) The Technikos and second signatory are jointly responsible for presenting a brief overview of the site's accounts to its citizens twice each year, in June and November shortly before the election times detailed above.
d) The site's bank account will only be used to pay for services needed by this community, in accordance with the objectives in section 1 of this constitution.

I think we should be able to Donate to Exilian and when we have enough money we can move to a XenForo forum. I'm a member on a forum of this sort right now and I think it would be an awesome idea with the possibility to like peoples posts and stuff like that. I suggest you look at it. I don't know if other people are willing to donate but I will chip in $25 dollars. Come on Exilianites! Support your well beloved forum!

We're still waiting for SOTK to sort out a lot of the banking stuff, which is why we haven't finished sorting a lot of this out yet. A donate button will probably appear when that actually happens.

I'm certainly willing to contribute a small amount on a monthly basis to keep us going. It won't be much and I likely won't be able to during the holidays but I could.

Our M&B mod lists, Jubal's Southern Realms an my M&B resources hold the places in top 10 topic by the number of views, and most of them are badly outdated. They're supposed to be one of the ways to recruit new people here, but it this case they look absolutely horrendous.
Mod lists need an update badly. Anyone got Warband?
I used to update those back when I was a moderator. Sadly, I don't have that much time on my hands these days.

And who is responsible for M&B section?
He/She should take care of the rest.
For Christ's sake our most important, stickied threads which keep us connected to Taleworlds (and thus keep us alive) haven't been updated in more than a year!

Global mods could also take care of this once in a while. I did the same back in my days. *grumble, grumble, grumble*

Officially those are now under Comrade_General's leadership, but he doesn't have Warband. PG has traditionally had that section to look after but he's away without leave.

And I very literally cannot put the time in at the moment.

You're right, we need to fix this, but currently I'm still putting in about twice the time I can afford and I don't have Warband, and all our other admins with M&B aren't active at the moment which is making life very difficult in the M&B section.
