M&B Warband draws ever closer...

So how will you play in Multiplayer? What kit? Who do you want on your team?
The duke, the wanderer, the philosopher, the mariner, the warrior, the strategist, the storyteller, the wizard, the wayfarer...

What is the release date?

Q1 2010, 2 and a bit years before the apocalypse.

2 years ? Well I guess that's enough... If I stop going to school and if I spend less time to drink, eat and sleep (those are less important stuff, only Warband matters)

I thought that as the beta testing is on, it'll be ready next year.

And in multiplayer, archery, possibly from the back of a horse will definitely be my choice.

I wonder if there's going to be an option of Multiplayer in mods. Imagine a duel ABOVE a flaming city on the backs of dragons, firing balls of fire at each other.

Looking at some of the beta videos, it does indeed seem that you will be able to play online with pods, as long as someone has the same mod as you. There is a column in the selection screen labelled 'Modules'.

Mind you, when facing a charging lancer, timing is everything, a split second off and you're dead. Much harder than the AI. The combat system works well for the multiplayer, although sword and shield fights can get a little repetitive.
