lol, Styrian apples are some of the best indeed :)

There they are! Four apple saplings to start The Orchard Journey. They'll bear fruit in one in-game year (next autumn season). APPLES!!

The sheep have multiplied to four. One of them is currently sleeping outside, first time I've seen this in the game. Hopefully it'll be fine.

In my experience most real sheep sleep outside, most of the time, even in very cold weather. That is rather the point of the whole wool thing - so it would be a little odd if Stardew Valley decided sheep being sheep was unacceptable.

Alright, then I'm okay with it :) The virtual sheep in question was fine indeed. But tbf Stardew standards sometimes are a little weird so it wouldn't surprise me if the outside-sheep would have been abducted by a witch or something like that.

Number of sheep: 5

Number of apple trees/saplings: 17

Also becoming quite the prolific beekeeper here. Unfortunately you never actually see any bees, you just have the jars of honey pop up over each beehive when they're ready. (There's a butterfly though!)
