Thanks both of you for your expertise on farm dino's heritage! :)

The Seamstress

I finally found out how to do a full farm screenshot, so here it is (had to use an image hosting thingie because the file is too big, I hope it works).

Apple trees/saplings: 110

Sheep: 90

I have started to create a little orange orchard on Ginger Island, too. Fruit trees ftw :)

Nice :) That does not look like a lot of remaining grass per sheep though!
The duke, the wanderer, the philosopher, the mariner, the warrior, the strategist, the storyteller, the wizard, the wayfarer...

Yeah they eat it very quickly, but you can plant new grass! You have to either craft "grass starter" yourself or buy it at the town shop, which I'm always a bit lazy about... They have hay to eat in the barns too though.

Apple trees: 111 (I counted wrong the last time...)

Sheep: 108

I don't have much space for trees left, but there's still potential to get even more sheep.

This does seem quite an inefficient set of interactions with grass, one of the advantages of which is precisely that you don't usually need to replant it...!

How many more sheep can you obtain now?

As far as I can tell the grass does grow/expand on its own once you plant a few starters somewhere, but the sheep eat it faster than it can grow most of the time, so I end up replanting it frequently.

I can obtain sheep as long as I have room for barns (unless the game has some limit I'm unaware of). So I guess I could squeeze in at least a dozen or two more, let's see!
