Seeking map artist to commission [PAID]

I'm looking for someone to commission for a bespoke map of a real world area with particular locations illustrated. What I'm imagining is a slightly stylised map with some sort of sketch/colour picture of a particular building or object for each of the highlighted places (of which there will be twelve or so I think, possibly one or two more). I can provide photo references for the things I'd like drawn in each case, though in some cases I'd like to be able to discuss what might work best.

I'm especially interested in slightly more old-school art styles: given the theme of the project this is for and given how I write, I'm looking for things that are sketchier and softer colour tones, rather than big vibrant colours and bold lines.

I'm happy to discuss costs and pay reasonable commission fees. It will be a precondition of the commission that no generative AI of any kind should be used in the process, and I would strongly appreciate mid-work shots to help show this.
