Yes, that'll be the same bug: the patch to fix it just hasn't been released yet :)

Actually did some work towards patch 2, the biggest change I think will be the introduction of an options menu replacing the Save Game button and allowing you to tweak volume with actual buttons.

Nice! :)

Btw I wanted to ask how I get the pretty old-timey font, do I have to install anything? Because my game only displays the ordinary one.

The font is vinque rg, I might have left it out of the official release bundle by accident I think, I'll email you a copy tomorrow and then you should just be able to double click on that to install it :)

Thank you! :)

First I just want to say, this is a wonderful game. I finished the tutorial and intended to hop in and play around with the main game for a few minutes before bed and ended up playing for a few hours. I had a great time, though I may have regretted it slightly while at work later that day.

In the late game I ended up encountering a couple bugs that may be related to an earlier post in this thread. When holding court I had several instances where I couldn't say no to a petition. Unfortunately, I didn't record the specifics of the case. I know one was that guards wanted a foreign merchant to compensate them. Clicking nay resulted in the result being listed in the console window but the dialog box remained up.

I clicked no several times with the same result. It worked when I hit aye. I had that happens with at least a couple different cases when clicking nay. I don't think the issue occurred every time, I recall hitting no on a tax increase and it working without issue.

I also had a similar issue when another house requested an alliance. I hit yes and the dialog box remained open. Clicking no didn't actually fix the issue. I spam clicked yes a few times and it went away. This did have other effects as when I looked in the information tab it listed that house as an ally four times.

I'm not sure if you're intending to patch the game any further but figured I'd leave a message just in case. Thanks again for releasing a great game!

Hello and welcome, thank you so much for the feedback, I'm very glad you enjoyed the game - improved my day a lot to read that. :)

I do plan to do more patches, this year I just keep alternately either getting ill or being too busy with my day job and the game never really built up much of a player community - but I'll hopefully carve out the time soon. I did already know about that court bug (I think it affects something like five different cases which all share a particular underlying set of "sliders" for your reputation), which I'm pretty sure is already patched for the next version when it comes. The alliance request one I hadn't seen, though, I'll look into that - many thanks.

Any other thoughts or feedback you have are of course very welcome!
