In terms of character background:

Mark - the mongoloid race in this is on a different continent and hasn't been seen for about 1500 years or so, so your ancestry may be rather less glamorous than that. You'd be more likely to have plainsman ancestry (which culturally feels more native american, but since it'd probably be from quite some time back it's unlikely you'd be versed culturally in much other than Eastern culture anyway (by which I mean the germanic european areas you'll be playing in)). Hopefully that's not too annoying for you - you will be able to take skills & a character build that fit closely to a plains traveller though, there's plenty of scope for that at least. :)

Sorry, time is really tight at the moment and I'm pretty ill with it. Waiting will just have to occur, doing vital running of the site and the elections is all I can stretch to right now.
