Should I buy Sword of Justice and Sword of Vengeance from Warhammer library? Is anyone familiar with these two?

Um I've read the first one (I can't remember which one it is but I think it's Justice) and it was pretty horrible.

If you're after a good read, the Sundering books from the Time of Legends series are some of the best Black Library books around. But to quench your Empire thirst, no idea I'm afraid.
