Recently THQ has gone into bankruptcy, and has now sold most of its studios.

Studio information (copied from IGN, link @ bottom of post)

-Sega has purchased Relic, Developer of Company of Heroes 2 and Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War.
-Koch Media has purchased Saints Row developer Volition and the rights to the Metro series.
-Crytek has purchased the rights to the Homefront series, and are currently developing Homefront 2
-Take-Two have purchased Turtle Rock Studios project codenamed Evolve
-Ubisoft has purchased the rights to publish South Park: The Stick of Truth and THQ Montreal
-Darksiders studio Vigil has not been acquired, nor has the WWE Franchise.]

I've searched a bit through their released games list.
So much bad games... No wonder why they've gone bankrupt.

The do have a few nice games, like Dawn of War for example, but their bad to good title ratio is astonishing.

DoW and CoH are pretty awesome games, never tried the rest of them though.
