Well the decade will soon pass, if you start from 00 and not 01, so it's time to say what sums it up best for you.

For me it's a clever internet, and in turn, the interconnecting of the world, enabling people from all over the world to communicate from their bedrooms, and also allowing peole to conduct international terrorist attacks a la 9/11.
