seeing as its just become free and Ive spent about 36 hours downloading it, who else plays TF2?

I do too, but I doubt I'll play anytime soon. Besides of feeling a bit cheated, there are quite a few good things coming out, that I've recently discovered or that I haven't been able to play. I would be more than happy to play with people I know though

well, to be honest, its the best free fps ive ever played, as it does actually force you to work as a team, s the name suggests. why dont you give it a try, if its free?

It's very different to the usual FPS, it's a nice change if you're sick of the typical "blah blah blah, only guy that can save the world, blah blah you're by yourself, do everything". And it can be quite funny, the taunts are just awesome.

taunts? I really am quite awful at it as well. The only thing I'd be worried about ,Jubal, is that I'm assuming your internet speed is awful? its a 10GB download that took me days...

Press "g" key ingame (hopefully when playing against bots, online you might get a nasty surprise when you do it at the wrong moment)

I play as a pyro the most often. Got the game before it was free, now its filled up with heaps of people and its wrecked the ingame trading system. Half the nice expensive items before the eco crash were on about 8-9 ref (If your wondering, jubal, the games money system is metal. 2 spare weapons can be crafted into scrap. 3 scrap make a reclaimed. 3 reclaimed make a refined.) and now they're at least 1 or 2 refined metal higher.
