My thoughts on Ed Miliband's big speech and his vision for Britain.

The tl;dr version: the idea that governments should be "pro business" is incorrect. Governments should be in favour of small businesses, cooperatives, and local decision making, and try and avoid concentrating power in the hands of central administrations or of large businesses. Miliband believes government can tame business and make it "responsible". The core of what businesses do and have a legal obligation to achieve proves that he is wrong.
