New Forum theme

Hey guys, as you may have noticed, we have a new theme. It is still under construction though, and we could do with your help in finding oddities to fix and suggestions for how it could be improved.

When reporting bugs, please mention what browser you are using and provide a link to the offending page if possible.

A couple of fixable points:
Text inside spoilers is still black, as are questions on polls. Also, locked topics are still pale in colour. And could we have a slightly different background for stickied topics?

If this has something to do with the appearance of the website then mine is still exactly the same as it used to be. if there was/is a shout box it doesn't appear either. This bothers me :/
