Intergrated diplomacy

the diplomacy is apparently going to be more integrated, meaning an AI won't declare a ceasefire then immediately break it, this came up in the Boozer so I guess we should start the topic

Hmm. I hope this works. Stupid diplomacy was a drawback of both Rome and Medieval2. Like on BI as the Saxons, I would ally with all the northern tribes and then it would be broken so they could blockade a port for like one turn...
