Taking a break

I know there's the "Going to be away" thread, but I need people to see this since I have my fingers in so many of the pies across this site.

I am starting university on Sunday this week. This is, alas, not a drill - I'm greatly looking forward to it, but importantly it will greatly cut down the amount of time I have to spend on the site. Partly I'll just try and be more efficient at my job, but I'm going to need to partly call the next couple of weeks a break.

I've committed myself to seeing the Atheniad through of course, and I will do that, though I may need people to pick up the slack on occasion. As to my other stuff, I'm going to try and pull back on site stuff for a bit because I think it's the best thing to do. I'm sorry that I have to, of course, but I'm no natural socialite and settling in and starting work well for my degree is probably fairly important.

I am therefore declaring that I am officially on holiday for two weeks, effective Sunday, with the exception of vital site matters. This holiday therefore applies to anything on the Plaza, the Academy, some of my modding work, and site administration stuff. Any collaborative modding work (with Delruss on WHTW or my artist on AoS) will continue, I'll try and get an acad class finished if I can, and I'll do my best to keep up with the Atheniad.

So that's that, and you all know what's happening.

I knew this was in the future, just thought about it the other morning actually; about how you will no doubt get involved in every possible extra-curricular activity you can get your hands on.

We'll try to keep things going in your stead, I'm just sorry that I'm not a better forum-runner.
