Yes, that's the Murray Edwards dome. All pictures got via random googling.

Well, I'm lost...is the yellow lion on sky blue The Backs Alliance? Red lion looks like a Confederacy banner to me too. Hints?

Both of those are correct, yeah.

Re-read the faction descriptions and that'll probably help with the other four.

Yellow = The Western Treaty? And the purple must be River Entente, based on colour and crosses. I'd wager Red is Sainsbury's Pact as a play on the hammer-and sickle, so that leaves the striped flag as The Republic
