Scarlet and I have concluded that Stephen Mangan would be AMAZING as the Doctor. I don't think he'll get it, but it would be the best of all the things ever ever ever.

Rowan Atkinson as the Doctor would be incredible. However, I personally hope that Boris Johnson decides to start an acting career between now and Christmas.
