Hey, Jubal, I just had to comment on this- the game is excellent.
This is a very good mod. The only bugs I've encountered are:
-Strange placing in villages (villagers+you start off in an open field and head towards village). I have these errors in my mod too, not sure how to fix it.
-Script errors at the end of a battle. No immediate issues though.
- Some arena's don't work- you just start in an open field.
-Some cities have problems with paving, and I noticed that Gregoria (I think) has a weird texture thingy- all grey (Isn't a bug, but looks awkward)

Aside from that. its great fun and this is the first mod that got me back to playing the game. It would appear that slaughtering Voroks with my Gregorian soldiers is just too irresistable.

Can you post a screen shot of Geroia - it looks fine when I go on it.

I need to build or add the other arenas I'm afraid.

I recommend that you simply Copy and Paste the scenes from old arenas in as a temporary fix.

Good point.

Could some of you people register? We're getting plenty of activity, but still only 9 members.

Better?  :)

I'm wondering if the name of this mod is completely accurate now, seeing as it expands the Native world everywhere- to the North, East, and South.

I'm sure you're aware that certain rivers are crossable, but I don't see that as much of a glitch as its easily represented as fording a river.

Yes, the rivers are wider so the bridges are now too small.

I could change it, but the main thrust of further expansion will be southwards - I'm going to tack the resot of the Gorinian Empire to the south of the map.

However, I could rename it all the same, you're right.

Expanded Realms perhapos?

well lets see newly registerd but i do have to say awsome mod this far.

but County of Zendar gets wiped out to easy by Vaegir since it only has the leader and 1 vassal perhaps you could make County of zendar a little bigger/better?

just love how you made all these new faction and the mercenary troops tree.

Zendar will be beefed a bit, but not much, it's a bit of a joke of a faction really (but with a good troop tree).

Zendar can kick ass sometimes, though; I once saw them capture Tihr, Distar Castle, Malyurg Castle, and Rivacheg!

And welcome to Exilian!

To find the Voroks, find the RHodoks then go up into the mountains to the south, there's a big mountain plateau which is the Vorok lands,

A quick list of Foci;

Curaw. Theme - Russians, Focus - Axes.
Alania. Theme - English, Focus - Longbow
Harlaushia Theme - Persia, focus - High Wepon points (in later build they will have an assassin troop type).
Voroks, theme - Bhutan cross Rhodoks, Focus, crap all roung but I guess foot combat spearmen.
Gorinia. Theme - Byzantium/Rome/Normans, Focus, hevy infatry but quite balanced.
Lacontia, Theme - Sparta, Focus, spearmen
Geroia, Theme - Venice, Focus, Pikemen and Lancers.

Oh, and Zendar, focus taking prisoners.

I'll add mroe proper previews as time goes by.

dident know were to put this since i dont think its a bug so i put it here.

once you capture enemt village let us say Mecchin you can recruit vaegir serfs from it so you get ecces to vaegirs ENTIRE troop tree aswell as the one you alrdy had. is it supposed to be like this? or somthing you forgott to fix?

No, that's right. You can recruit from them and supplement your own forces, Khergit villages are a real aid to Rhodoks for example.
