Holding hands in the circle, balance in balance out and men pass the lady on their left (not their partner) into their partner's space.
Repeat three more times

With new partner take both hands and sway into the middle and out and then turn single. Repeat but swaying outwards first.

Taking ballroom hold with partner, take two steps into the centre then, two steps out.
Waltz around the room with partner.
