Dirty they are indeed. Their filth will eventually destroy all, i think its a bit weird that theres a battle kit with them in it fighting High Elves yet in all the stories and what not that Ive heard about Skaven are them overrunning Dwarven cities and underground places
High Elves would probably dominate Skaven unless they could be whacked out bye mutant ogre rats and warp-thrower teams...
