I would rate myself around a 3.

I did karate for a while when I was younger, but mostly it's because I'm stronger than I look. :)

So I won my fights pretty comfortably this weekend, really need to move up the grades so I can fight brown and black belts at these smaller comps.

Fought in my first amatuer MMA tournament yesterday, won a silver medal which is pretty cool. Had to stop the final though because I got a toe in my eye, since it was an accident he got the win. He was definitely winning on points at that time anyway though, but considering my opponent had been boxing for 5 years and doing K1 for two years and I'd only started a bit of MMA training in september I'm still pretty damn happy with how I fought. Not happy with my eye though, it really hurts. Also making it very hard to sleep.

I found out when we visited Alton Towers that I'm pretty good with a longbow. Hit the centre of the target first time (and then almost every time :P )

When you say 'longbow'... do you mean longbow? Or recurve? And what distance were you shooting at? *is an archery nerd* :P

It was a historical reproduction longbow (with less draw weight) :) I don't know what distance - probably not very far! :P

That's cool, longbows are pretty difficult to fire!

Been at the Glasgow European open today (just spectacting of course), was much good judo. A bit of boring judo too, but mostly good stuff.
