I've been watching random TOS episodes while I paint on the weekends - JIM THIS MAN'S A KLINGON! - and regularly enjoy some TNG when they are on the tube Tuesdays and Friday/Saturday. BBC America has still been showing the early remastered seasons, mostly season 2 of late.

I'll start watching TNG or Voyager with my girlfriend next month (right after Doctor Who).

Star Trek might be a little tricky but I'll get there.

Mine did as well, I just told her it was great then one day she said she was watching it. She's nearly finished already.
