Full Rules or Supplement?

So this is one of the first key questions we have to think about. Are we going to put together a rules supplement, eg for Valhalla, or just have our own rulebook? I'd probably favour having a rules base similar to Valhalla but ultimately keeping our own rulebook together for ease of reference, though I'm happy to be disagreed with.

My 2 cents:

write out own rules but look to established games for ideas. For example, Valhalla has a very interesting activation sequence I'd like to use for this projet.

Players roll off, winner activates first. Go back and forth taking turns activating groups.

I am in full agreement with this :)

Shall I start making some rules discussion threads?

Sounds like a good idea. Maybe reserve the first few posts for most agreed upon / updated rules.

Yus :) I'll try and get some of that done tomorrow.

I could make you a local moderator of this board as well (so you can pin/unpin threads and stuff) - that might make some sense?

That could work! I'd only be so active but I'd be happy to help. :)
