Which is apparently central Asian style, though it doesn't look much like the pictures I saw of what the originals looked like! It's basically plain, round, smallish loaves with an egg glaze and bits of decoration, I added goats' cheese to the top of some and rock salt to the others.  :)

I was if anything surprised at how simple I found it - at least to make something that tasted fine, I'd want a lot more practise to make things that looked neater though these don't look too bad...

A potluck would be fun sometime when I can get back to Cambridge (where it would presumably have to be!)
