I mentioned this on the taleworld forum but i thought i'd post it here. I thought we could maybe make a lorebook like the one in Chronicles of Talera that feature things like:
A story for each race

A small history of Alagaesia

The Ancient language. I was thinking that as you met more people in the mod and travelled more you could learn phrases for spells that are then recorded into the book so you can use them

Dwarven language

Urgal Language

and any other ideas you may have. So what do you all think.

I was thinking we could ask the makers of Chronicles of Talera who did it for them and asking him to help us set it up and then we could all pitch in with information which should be added.

You should make it a text based magic system, where you have to type out the ancient language perfectly. Or... risk turning yourself into a frog.

That would probably piss a lot of people off. We could do that or hotkey the different magics. If anyone else has suggestions on how magic could be used i'll make a poll if you guys want.

My point exactly.. I knew the magic system was done already. It was a joke, but you guys missed it.

anyway... any word on how to do this lore book from Elenmare or Kardio?
