I don't know if strip 49 is going to be re-posted here as well, but I have a question.

Did the spell make the demon much smaller suddenly? In part 48, he was like 5-6 times taller than the party members and in 49 he's like 1.5 times compared to Auto.

I read it such that it looks like the Sorceror's pendant (from like strips 19-20) shrunk the demon from "absurd" to "manageable". How it did so we don't really know.

Oh, I completely forgot they had that.

This is the reason I don't read OOTS on the regular basis. I wait for 50+ episodes to accumulate and then read it all in one go so I don't forget stuff.  :gandalfgrey:

Yeah, I have that problem with some webcomics. With OOTS I know it far, far too well, so I can generally remember, but I definitely had a point where I got lost with reading Girl Genius on things like that.

Finally got round to adding the front page link. Image, in case PDA wants it for anything else:

Oh that's awesome. I'll definitely be borrowing that.

In response to the discussion above, you've made some good points. I sometimes forget not everyone has spent months pondering these characters and rereading old strips to make sure things are at least somewhat continuous. :) I tweaked it slightly and posted it below.

Haha, the guacamole will make a brief cameo.

Also, I love your blurbs. I usually finish them thinking, wow, where can I read that version of my comic?

To be honest, this one felt a little weak to me, but at this point I was committed to the bit, so, here we are.  ;D

Eh, I think you need that kind of payoff/circular reference sometimes :)

I can't really tell what's happened in the last panel - is he lying down, or dead, or just frozen? I can tell his eyes have disappeared and the guacamole has moved, but not much else.
