Minor service update, the forum code for the :8): smiley has changed, because its old code, 8), too often causes problems when people (like me) want to type numbered lists fast.

I need to sort smilies more properly sometime, but until then, here's three new Hallowe'en ones for the forum:

I'm wondering whether to add these new 'native' GIFs, or other more useable ones, to the main editor dialogue and move a few of the LOTR ones to the extended collection?
