The FROG22 talks are now avaialble on YouTube, which might be of interest to some here: the conference theme was Freedom & Oppression in games:

Ones I found particular highlights (I was at the conference so saw them live) were those by Alyssa Sepinwall, the talk by Katrina Keefer (she of also being an Exilian competition judge and Coding Medieval Worlds speaker), Nikita Stulikov on Russian totalitarianism in games was terrifying but worth watching, and Fiona Schönberg's had good mechanical engagement on a cyberpunk game as expression of an economic system which I found really interesting from a dev perspective.
