December Pub - 28, 29, 30?

We need to decide on this pretty soon! Which day would be best for Christmas pub?

Generally I think 25-27 are too close to Christmas, 31 is NYE so obviously out, 28-29 are probably the best options, 28 is a Sunday and 29 a Monday this year. Thoughts welcome!

I have a slight preference for 28 over 29 but I can do either.
