I've been fairly busy recently so apologies about not being especially active. I'm also going to be away from home pretty much until the 20th, so might not be posting much.

Also hello from Konstanz, I saw pretty medieval books and some grebes and a nightingale today so I think it's all going OK so far. Got to get up and give a talk in the morning though so hopefully that'll also go not-catastrophically...

In news that I'm sure will shock all regular forumites, I'm about to have a six-day holiday in Germany. - flying out tomorrow, back next Wednesday. I will probably be checking the forum now and then, but not as frequently as usual.
