I might not be around much this weekend: I have finally found some tuits and decided to go and see stuff. The plan of campaign is this:
- tomorrow: Stonehenge, Old Sarum, and other stuff in Salisbury as time permits
- Sunday: Brighton - Volk's Electric Railway, maybe Brighton Pavilion or anything else that takes my fancy

On the other hand, this involves a lot of travelling, so I will be sitting on trains with a smartphone for quite a few hours. If there's Wifi or mobile connectivity, I might be posting a lot...

Ah, sorry, this is a Britishism (if you can have Americanisms, I can have Britishisms). It started from "I'll do it when I get around to it", which must at some point have been converted to "I'll do it when I get a round tuit". I remember seeing a small ceramic plate, labelled as a "round tuit", in a shop window about 30 years ago. So now "tuits" are the thing that one must have in order to get something done. I don't know whether it's only the round ones that are still effective, or whether square or triangular ones now work as well.
