That's be great, the more the better, just read the faction threads and draw what takes your fancy.

this is my old drawing (I was bored at school so I started drawing), take it if you can use it for something

This web site may prove quite useful : http://www.wesnoth.org/wiki/Contrib:Turin
And this one is great : http://aow2.heavengames.com/aowsm/gameinfo/units/ (I'm using some modified parts of those icons)

CN2; Basically I think we should start with humans, so look at the humans thread to see the ideas of what they should have, then draw away...

The different factions are really at different time points, the humans are early medieval/late dark ages, the Achaead more Ancient Greek, the Danaan celtic, and so on.

SW; the first link I think the stuff looks maybe too cartoonish, I want to keep a reasonable 'gritty', dark feel to the game and make sure we don't end up looking like a cartoon with happy little soldiers skipping around sticking large, violent swords in each other. The second link looks good, as do your concept icons, I'm looking at building a sort of 'knowledgebase' for the game which can use your icons to represent the different unit types.

I didn't mean his drawing, I meant his first website link, the one to wesnoth.org.
