Genuinely tricky but I think laundry. I do have to do dishes more often, but that makes it a more memorable problem. Also laundry is a category and dishes may not include the bits of washing up that isn't a dish. And also laundry can be grosser than dishes: if say a friend's small child has visited and puked everywhere, that washes off a dish pretty neatly whereas magicking the washing rounds needed to get the smell out of a garment would feel like a much bigger advantage.

Fruit farmer, definitely. Milking cows is not my idea of fun.
