It was the Brutii who were the real problem. The Scipii are controllable; the Brutii have so many hyper-upgraded Urbans and suchlike that destroying their field armies is going to be a hell of a task. I think our only really good bet here is to sneak attack Antioch and Sidon, then pump up the garrisons and hold onto them for dear life.
