Seems pretty straightforward; 8th realizes he needs to do something, becomes "War Doctor", who <--heh does what he has to do in the Time War, then turns into our old sad #9.

You taking a trip to Leicester tomorrow? Dr Who thing going on at the space centre. I don't really know what'll be there but my sister is going along with her boyfriend and my brother.
