I didn't even read the rules honestly, but however, bats are interesting animals and I guess you didn't expect this sentence making absolutely no sense because neither did I.

Bats are good but imagine them wearing hats

[The Seamstress]

I'm not sure about that, don't you think they'd hate it?

[Jubal]

Bats are quite sociable so if one saw its mate wearing a hat the trend might catch on fast

[Son of the King]

I guess they might even think it was somehow fate that they should wear it.

[Jubal]

Or that great fame would come to all behatted bats!

[Son of the King]

Maybe it would all be a game to them.

[Jubal]

The hats would be at risk of blowing off in the event of a gale.

[Son of the King]

The wind can get pretty high in the vale I'm now imagining these bats live in.

[Jubal]

Maybe we need a weather vane to tell us which direction the said wind is going in.

[The Seamstress]

Bats actually live in a lane somewhere in Transylvania. There is no wind in that particular lane so the hats stay on their little bat heads.
