Instead I declare:
Now that the neutrality pact ends, I ask Phoenixguard to join our Kingdom of Dimohillia at peace. In case he refuses he will be attacked by our armed forces. I demand that we will be paid 6 denars [2 to me, 2 to DripingD and 2 to Death Nade] as a tax. Refusal will also lead in an act of agression, and agression can alway lead to slavery. Seeing that no man wants to forfeit his ownership over his own person I advise Phoenixguard to accept our terms.
