Skull, the one of poor grammar, the enemy of all Grammar Nazi and destroyer of all linguistic reasoning!

Jubal

1. Rome Total War (Very moddable, good graphics/gameplay balance, spent sooooo much time modding it, massive replay value)
2. Mount & Blade (Epic moddability, brilliantly designed combat engine)
3. Age of Mythology (Favourite RTS, definitely a classic of the genre)
4. Civilisation II (My first ever computer game, also still a challenging and interesting strategy title to this day)
5. Adventures of Soros (Not a good game really - just feels rewarding playing a game and thinking "I made this")
The duke, the wanderer, the philosopher, the mariner, the warrior, the strategist, the storyteller, the wizard, the wayfarer...

Silver Wolf

I can't really rank them because I like them all too much to leave some behind.
These games are pretty much all I played these last few years.

- Mount & Blade
- Stronghold Warchest (original game + Crusader)
- Medieval 2 Total war
- The Elder Scrolls series
- Resident evil 4
- Diablo 1 & 2

Probably:

RTW
Mount&Blade/Warband
STALKER Series
Worms Armageddon
Empire Earth
Company of Heroes

I know, it's 6, but I couldn't narrow it down to 5.

Clockwork

Warcraft II - First game played by me, started an addiction so has to be here really.
Shogun 2: Total War - Base game is great, never felt the need to mod it at all. Spent over 600 hours on this according to steam.
Bioshock - I think that it pretty much revived a genre of game that was hanging by a thread.
Might and Magic VIII Day of the Destroyer - Best RPG I've played to date and I still come back to it for a playthrough every year or so.
Skyrim - Yeah I know it gets slated all the time but what the hell, I likez dragonz.

Once you realize what a joke everything is, being the Comedian is the only thing that makes sense.

I'd also like to add VtM: Bloodlines to my list.

Actually I hear that, it can replace skyrim on my list.
