Oh tricky. I think nuts and chocolate, whipped cream seems like doubling down on cream a bit more than I feel the need for.

Street lamps. Decreased light pollution does have a lot of benefits and wouldn't lead to a massive spike in car accidents. Though I hope the lamp-posts are also replaced as well as the lamp itself because I'm not sure capybaras can climb down from up there.
