You get hands on, but just as your turn to play arrives, the electricity goes out in the entire city.

I wish that the snow continues to fall, so that we have another snow day.

You get a laptop to play ETW on, but by the time you go to buy ETW, it is completely sold out in the whole world! And Steam Headquarters gets a bombing run, to ensure there is no ETW left.

That doesn't matter since I can still steal someone else's copy of the game.

And you get your "laser" but instead you get a "lazer" which malfunctions and you die a horribly slow and painful death at the hands of the one and only My Little Pony fanclub president who somehow developed an urge to kill random people with malfunctioning "lazers".
