I wish that you'd wished something :P
The duke, the wanderer, the philosopher, the mariner, the warrior, the strategist, the storyteller, the wizard, the wayfarer...

Your wish is still unanswered! Someone tell Jubal why he shouldn't be better at going to the doctor

Jubal gets better at going to the doctor. He gets so good at going to the doctor that all his ailments are fixed. Unfortunately he can't stop going to the doctor, so now the exuberantly healthy Jubal starts dragging other people to the doctor too. Eventually all of the people are at the doctor all of the time (despite all of them being entirely healthy), the economy collapses, and the survivors vow to have nothing to do with medicine ever again.

I wish I understood more maths.

You understand more in that you in addition to your current knowledge obtain precisely one bit of extra maths, which is the solution to a moderately complex theoretical problem that is effectively useless to you.

I wish I had two more days of this weekend.
